We bought two chambers from these guys.
Both are extremely unreliable, the warranty is poor, and the service is extremely expensive. If you want the units to be constantly broke down, and to pay a fortune in repair costs, then buy from this company.
The look nice though!
It has also been difficult to work with the people at Thermotron.
They were about 3 months late on their install;
and tried to tell us the warranty was up
when the units stopped working the day after the install was done.
The only way we got what we wanted was to withold final payment.
Not trustworthy.
