U used to have to sign a non compete paper when u worked for this company..

it is against the Law to require employee's to do this .. but when U are a Law untoyourself... and everone at thermotron is spineless, and gutless

Hil sysbesma had a 1.2 million lawsuit filed against him by thermotron.. when he got a job with the competition after he quit at thermotron..

anyone who is embezzling as much as he did on a daily basis ..

hil had "NO PROBLEM" lying to his co-workers and misleading them to help build a "case against them" conspericy with intent or defraud..

hE WOULD SAY TO THE OTHER MANAGERS.. "Gee i don't know how to tell U this'' BUT theis or that person did this ... and "i lied 4 Uuuu?>"




when i asked for a job descripion that WOULD be represented of the daily tasks.. i got libled and slandered by thermotron management..

they said i had an attitude problem!!

when i asked personell what was the precedure for being rated as a higher level technicial "field service technician"

they told me that "NOBODY REALY STAYS HERE FOR 2 LONG"
