Burn them and turn them..
the field service game, at thermotron is keep them on the road and burn them out and replace them.
i found that i was on the road about 50 percent of the time and as high as 80%, and when i got back to the office the team there who was unskilled technically, would tell the customer that the guy who does the calibrations, repair, and technical troubshooting was out of town..
there was no training of the technicians..
and as a matte of fact tom bannish and others would mock the field service employees behind their back..
i always wanted to be a eng--in--eer or a tech--ni--cian and "now i is one" and i can't even spell the words!!!
the tough part is that everyone is your enemy..

the rule is lie to your co-workers and don't ever trust them.. they will try to lead u astray and then run behind your back to. rat u out.. and blame it on you.

thermotron defrauded them out of 50,000 dollars of billable time..
so if u are a decitated liar and thief and embezzler..

heck i saw it with ron wiley when he was there and Bob wiley who was is daddy!!!
and i asked roger cannery, and dan okeefe what they budgeted for it..
i also asked dan okeefe why he drummed out employee's and why they didn't give "real" job performance reviews..
i had to as Tom Patterson this question ,.. to get the truth.. because don okeefe
just lied to me
and Patterson quit because don told him,, just find something u can blame on the employee and make a big deal about it..
and if they complain then tell them thermotron will give them another review in 6 months.. BUT WE REAALLY WON'T DO THAT..!!!
tom patterson quit as the National Service Man who replaced Bobless Wiley when Dan Okeefe did the same thing to him..!!!
If u ask for a raise .. they will say to you "when are u leaving?", didn't we give u 15 cents an hour increase??

and it's ok to lie about what is going on.. so long as u don't get the national service manager in trouble!!
